Biography
Mr. Suarez graduated from Western New England College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. He went on to attend John Marshall Law School where he served on Law Review for two years and authored an article entitled “The Merger of Law and Equity and its Effect on the Trial by Jury”. Mr. Suarez received his Juris Doctor in 1978 and completed his post-Juris Doctor work at Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York.
Mr. Suarez has worked in the general practice of law, including real estate, will and trusts, estate planning, and immigration law. He is admitted to the Montana bar and the highest state and federal courts in Montana as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Montana bar association.
Mr. Suarez has worked for most of his professional career as an Estate Planner and Financial Adviser . He advises individuals and business owners on specifically tailored estate and financial planning matters with particular expertise in life insurance. He holds licenses with the Florida Department of Insurance and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority for more than fifteen years.
